Since the Eclipse, 99.7% of the population suffers from Emotional Anesthesia Syndrome. The Sardina Aurita is the only species left on the face of the planet still capable of feeling. Sardexin, extracted from its bodily fluids, remains the most effective treatment for temporarily restoring humans' capacity to feel emotion. Global demand has pushed the marine species to the brink of extinction.

Nuria Lajara — direction and Sardinita. Dancer, performer, and stage creator based in Berlin. Graduated in Performing Arts from Universidad TAI, her practice explores the abject, the queer, and the corporeal as tools of expression and resistance. Sardine at the Brink is her first project as director. Zone is a work-in-progress that explores desire as an ambivalent force, capable of generating both attraction and submission , and asks whether there's a way out of our own hunger.
Andrea Morell Núñez — creation and Capitana Valenciana. Journalist, stage producer and performer from Valencia based in Berlin. Her practice spans physical theatre, dance, butoh, and video art from a transfeminist perspective in which humour and the absurd simultaneously create and dismantle meaning.
Aria María Aureliana - Musical performer and interdisciplinary creator based in Berlin. Graduated in Cinematography, she fuses sound, photography, and physical movement in her practice, using the body as a narrative tool to bridge visual art and live performance.
