Olga Romanova and Dima Zicer present a unique solo performance based on the live paths of two very different women. The first one is an elderly German lady who supported Nazism and Hitler, survived World War II, and only after the defeat began to understand the scale of the crimes committed by Germany. The other is Olga Romanova herself, a journalist, human rights activist, public figure, whose biography also largely coincided with the "biography" of her country. More than 10 years ago, journalist and playwright Artur Solomonov managed to persuade already very elderly resident of Berlin to give an open and sincere interview, which later became the reason for several theatrical statements. However, this time, the director (and, also, a teacher, writer, blogger, radio host) Dima Zicer suggested shifting the focus to an extremely frank conversation that Romanova will have with the audience - about the connection between times and ideologies, about life and death, about love and hate. About princes and assholes. About war. About the wars that we have been living through and must overcome. HOW could a dictator and murderer be allowed to start a terrible and merciless war? How could this be allowed to happen to people? With the world? But we ourselves, each in our own way, are involved in what has happened.

The main character of the play begins to look for answers to these questions in the past, but almost immediately it becomes clear that the answers can only be found in the present. Here and now.

Ольга Романова и Дима Зицер представляют уникальный моноспектакль по мотивам жизни двух очень разных  женщин. Одна - пожилая немка, которая в свое время поддержала нацизм и Гитлера, пережила Вторую Мировую, и лишь после поражения начала осознавать  масштабы преступлений,  совершенных Германией.Другая - собственно сама Ольга Романова, журналистка, правозащитница, общественный деятель, чья биография тоже во многом совпала с  "биографией" ее страны.

Более 10 лет назад журналисту и драматургу Артуру Соломонову удалось уговорить уже тогда очень пожилую жительницу Берлина на откровенное интервью, которое впоследствии стало поводом для нескольких театральных высказываний.

Однако, на этот раз, режиссёр (а также, вдруг кто не знает, -  педагог, писатель, блогер, радиоведущий) Дима Зицер предложил сместить фокус на предельно откровенный разговор, который   Романова поведет со зрителями - о связи  времён и идеологий, о жизни и смерти, о любви и ненависти. О принцах и мудаках. О войне. О войнах, которые мы пережили, переживаем и должны пережить.

КАК можно было позволить  диктатору и убийце начать страшную и безжалостную войну?Как можно было позволить  сделать такое с людьми? С миром?

Но ведь мы и сами,  - каждый по- своему - к этому причастны.

Ответы на эти вопросы героиня спектакля начинает искать в прошлом, но почти мгновенно становится понятно, что найти их можно только в настоящем. Здесь и сейчас.
