Rouge Kabarett // The Matriarchal Army
FLINTA* only
Rouge Kabarett – The Matriarchal Army
“A flame goes out. A fire begins.”
Rouge Kabarett is a bold, immersive cabaret where performance, club culture and collective energy meet.
Created and hosted by Maïmouna Coulibaly, the project continues her exploration of red as a language — a space of desire, power, pleasure, rage, vulnerability and transformation.
This special edition is also a birthday celebration — shared as a collective, living moment.
In a world marked by ongoing conflicts and tensions, Rouge Kabarett offers another kind of response: a space to release, transform and share emotions together. Through movement, performance and dancefloor, the body becomes a place of expression, resistance and connection.
The evening unfolds as a journey:
From 18:30, doors open and the space slowly comes alive.
At 19:30, a Political Talk opens the reflection around matriarchy and the idea of a Matriarchal Army as a response to the world we live in.
At 20:15, the Rouge Kabarett show begins — a vibrant mix of performances, bodies and energies.
From 21:30, the space transforms into a dancefloor, where everyone is invited to move, release and connect.
Throughout the night, something shifts. What begins as a vibrant cabaret transforms into a collective presence: a Matriarchal Army — not as domination, but as care, strength, solidarity and embodied power.
